The guitar-driven, indie rock / dream pop act HotKid is the work of Canadian producer / songwriter Shiloh Harrison. Harrison’s soothing vocal delivery and her ability to write enduring pop songs has helped nurture a cult fan base around the globe.

Single Getaway (Feb 3, 2023, Fortune Stellar Records) features members of the touring band and was mixed and mastered by Andy Magoffin (Constantines, Hidden Cameras, Great Lake Swimmers) at the House of Miracles.

HotKid debuted a new 4 piece line up in 2022 which has toured Canada and the United Kingdom. To date HotKid have performed across Canada and the US with the likes of July Talk, By Divine Right, Dilly Dally and Sloan, as well as performing at notable festivals such as NXNE, CMW and Riverfest Elora.

HotKid’s 4th latest LP “Truth or Deceiver” was released in fall 2021 (Fortune Stellar Records / The Orchard) and singles “Letter” and follow up “Mirror Mirror” received steady air play on CBC3, satellite radio, college radio, and garnered international attention.
